Guided brainstorming–in individual or group sessions–helps you stimulate your creativity and access ideas sitting just below the surface. Countless amazing ideas are hidden in your mind by plans and deadlines. Brainstorming focuses on the spontaneous generation of ideas, letting you get your thoughts out in the open before selecting those that are ready for implementation or follow-through.

Mind Mapping

Mind mapping is always a great tool for stimulating creativity and brainstorming, but it can also be used to organize existing information visually. A mind map builds on a central theme (e.g., “Increase Website Traffic”) using branches and sub-branches. This allows you to quickly organize your project, as well as see the connections between them. Mind-mapping can be carried out using paper and pencil, online whiteboards, or commercial mind-mapping software.
